Our services

ComplianceKart provides business registration, GST, income tax, ROC, FEMA, licensing and related compliance, along with GST litigation and appeal support, through a team of chartered accountants, company secretaries and advocates. The scope, fee and timeline of each engagement are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

Your responsibilities

• Give complete, accurate and timely information and documents.
• Pay government fees, stamp duty and statutory charges, which are separate from our professional fees unless we say otherwise.
• Respond to queries promptly. Delays caused by missing information can result in late fees or penalties, which are your responsibility.

Fees and payment

Professional fees are as quoted. Quotes exclude GST and government charges unless stated. Work begins after the agreed advance is received. Quotes are valid for the period mentioned in them.

Timelines

Timelines depend on government portals, authority approvals and the documents you provide. We give estimates, not guarantees, for matters controlled by authorities.

No guarantee of outcome

We give advice and representation with professional care. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any application, assessment, notice, appeal or proceeding.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential, subject to disclosures required by law or by the authorities in your matter.
