On-time, reconciled GST returns for businesses in Hyderabad and across India. We file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and the annual return, match your books with GSTR-2B, and keep you clear of late fees and notices.

Who needs this

  • Every GST-registered regular taxpayer, including those with nil returns.
  • Businesses under the quarterly return (QRMP) scheme.
  • Companies that need the GSTR-9 annual return and GSTR-9C reconciliation.

What we do

  • Monthly or quarterly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.
  • Input tax credit matching with GSTR-2B and vendor follow-up.
  • Annual return GSTR-9 and reconciliation statement GSTR-9C where applicable.
  • Reply to GST portal reminders and notices for mismatches.
  • Corrective review of past returns to fix errors before a department notice.

Documents and details we usually need

  • GSTIN and portal access arrangement.
  • Sales and purchase registers or accounting data.
  • Bank statements and e-way bill or e-invoice data if applicable.
  • Earlier returns filed.

Legal framework

  • Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017: returns under Section 37, 39 and 44.
  • Late fee under Section 47 and interest under Section 50.
  • CGST Rules, 2017, including the reconciliation rules for annual returns.
  • Due dates follow the notifications in force; quarterly-scheme dates differ from monthly.

Frequently asked questions

What is the due date for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?

For monthly filers GSTR-1 is generally due on the 11th and GSTR-3B around the 20th of the next month. Quarterly-scheme dates differ and the government may extend dates by notification, so we confirm the current date for each client.

What happens if I miss a return?

A late fee and interest on unpaid tax apply. Continued non-filing can lead to registration cancellation proceedings. File as early as possible and talk to us about regularising.

Do I need to file a return if there was no business?

Yes. A nil return is still required for the period unless the registration is cancelled.
