Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to professional fees paid to ComplianceKart.

Cancellation

You may cancel an engagement by writing to us on email or WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your request.

Refund of professional fees

• Work not yet started: full refund of the advance, less any payment gateway charges.
• Work in progress: refund of the portion for work not yet done. We will share a clear statement of work completed.
• Work completed or filing submitted: no refund.

Not refundable

• Government fees, stamp duty, registration fees and other statutory payments already made to authorities.
• Fees for work delayed or rejected because of incorrect, incomplete or late information from the client.
• Rejection or delay by an authority where we have done the work properly.

Our error

If an error on our side causes a rejection, we will correct and re-file at no extra professional fee.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
